I <br /> Status of Water/Sewer Dittri t Legislation <br /> Torry Fud la distributed copes of an Act Authorizing the Establishment of the Mashpee Water and <br /> Sewer District. The Act was approved by Kenneth Marsters, Chairman of the Mashpee Board of <br /> Yater Commissioners, and Ronald Gangemi, but not by Torn Fudala. Mr. Fudala declined to sign <br /> the act relative to Section 14 of the Act. since then, Town Manager Joyce Mason has talked to <br /> Ken 11 arsters who indicated that he had no ob`eotion to taking out Section 14. The Board of <br /> Selectmen will be voting on Monday,y, Sept. 2t , to remove Section 14 from the Act. <br /> Next Meeting. Torn Fudala requested changing the October meeting date to Tuesday, October <br /> 151 2013, at 7:00 PM, Mashpee Town Hall, Waquolt Meeting Room 1. <br /> .doe Lyons made a emotion that the meeting be adjourned. Mark Gurnee seconded the motion.
