Mark Gurnee suggested including a piece that talked about "how good it used to be, <br /> ghat we'have now, and try to work on getting back to how things could be <br /> Voucher signature. <br /> Mr. Fudala requested signature on a voucher from Lombardo Associates for$585.00 for <br /> attendance at the previous meeting. <br /> Joe Lyons made a motion that the voucher be approved for payment. Torn Burns seconded the <br /> motion. The motion was unanimously approved. <br /> Torn Fudala reported that there is a $133.00 shortage on authorized funds to pay the voucher. Mr. <br /> Fudala will attend the Selectmen's meeting on [Monday for approval of an increase. There is <br /> roughly $16,000 in the aside account and Mr. Fudala is proposing adding $4000 to the Lombardo <br /> account to stay on board until the end of the process. <br /> Mr. Fudala prepared a contract addendum that will increase the total amount of our payments to <br /> Lombardo from $10,000 to $14,000. <br /> Joe Lyons made a motion to approve an increase in the payment amounts to Lombardo <br /> Associates frorn $10,000 to $14,000, and to transfer the funds necessary for the $585.00 payment <br /> to Lombardo Associates. Tong Burns seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously <br /> approved. <br /> Activity Report from Sewer Commissioner Administrator— Paul Gobell <br /> 1 Paul Gobell reported meeting with Andy Darks of the llashpee hater District last week. lir. <br /> Gobell inquired of Mr. Marks as to whether he had any comments on water district issues that <br /> could be incorporated at this stage in the matrix development. Mr. Marks was unable to comment <br /> on the plan until he has seem a copy of the matrix. <br /> 2 Don Walters reported last May on the simulated effects of waste water management actions on <br /> the hydrologic system and nitrogen unloading rates to wells and ecological receptors, <br /> Popponeset Bay watershed, Cape Cod, IIA. <br /> Intermunicipal Issues, Torn Fudala reported no new updates-things seem to be "dead in the <br /> water". <br /> CCC cape-wide Wastewater 208 Flan <br /> Toni Fudala reported that he and Joe Lyons met with the CCC at the Mashpee Library. Torn <br /> Fudala will be part of a working group for the leper Cape attending a meeting scheduled for <br /> Wednesday, Sept. 2 �', from 'l to PIIII. Mr. Fudala stated that he is not clear as to where the <br /> meeting is going and how it relates to things. CCC sags they are not going to take over the � <br /> I <br /> Ilashpee town planning, and want to include what we are doing with what they are doing. <br /> 5 <br /> Paul Gobell reported that past legislation was enacted for the Chesapeake Bay and also Boston <br /> Harbor.
