Mark Gurnee seconded the motion. The motion was approved 3- (Glenn <br /> Santos abstained.) <br /> REVIEW OF CERTIFICATE of SECRETARY OF EEA ON ASAR REPORT <br /> Teff Gregg stated that we are in a position now to go through the comments but should schedule a <br /> meeting with Nick Zag las, N EPA Unit, in the next month, to go over the net step find draft, because <br /> the greenhouse gas analysis could be fairly involved. They wart a baseline analysis of how many <br /> buildings would be involved, traffic anticipated, etc. Jeff Gregg will contact Nick Zav las to arrange a <br /> greeting with Tom Fudala, Jeff Gregg, and Paul Gobell for a late afternoon meeting in the ret month, <br /> in Ma hp e. <br /> DRAFT DECISION MATRIX TABLE STATUS <br /> Jeff Gregg reviewed in detail the matrix table with the Committee. Pio Lombardo stated that the <br /> document reeds to include sections on expectations, budget, a timeframe for completion and a <br /> monitoring plan to be used. Jeff Gregg stated that he plans to meet with Rick l York to summarize the <br /> work that is being done: what the costs as well as projected costs are, in order to show the <br /> cost/benefit. The monitoring plan is going to be a large part of the adaptive management plan. <br /> Tori Fudala stated that the funding is not going to come from the Water District because the <br /> monitoring program is going to continue as ar Town operation. Jeff Gregg reeds to come up with the <br /> amount of money needed for the shellfish program taking care of the nitrogen loads. <br /> Existing facilites discussion followed. Willowbend and Mashpee Commons will need to be upgraded <br /> to 3 milligrams per liter nitrogen in effluent; smaller facilities will be on a case-by-case basis. New <br />
