ACTIVITY REPORT FROM SEWER COMMISSION ADMINISTRATOR Paul Gobell <br /> Mr. Gobell reported he volunteered for a shellfish project in Falmouth last month. They transferred <br /> baby oysters and placed therm in a locker(cooler). <br /> Paul is doing effluent records on wells and plant effluent from private treatment plant D II 's. He has <br /> few charts. Il ashpee Commons is meeting effluent limitations, but problem in the ground water. <br /> In comments from Environmental Affairs, they are asking Sewer Commission to compare costs. <br /> ISI W A cost is lower than MIVI . Paul said they will get comparables, where appropriate. He said <br /> l lW A has existing sewer system; operating costs are to be compared. <br /> INTERMUNICIPAL ISSUES <br /> -Mas pee Commons <br /> Jeff asked what Mashpee Commons proposed. Torn Fudala said they offered a tour of the work. R. <br /> H.White is doing the project. Torn <br /> said he will check with Debbie Dami re timing for ballot. <br /> -'VVWTP <br /> Torn reported that Mashpee Commons is-about to start construction on-40B project. Town agreed to <br /> take over a piece of Market et street.in order to get a Mata grant to finance construction of the street. <br /> lashpee Commons is upgrading the size and treatment levels at their wastewater treatment plant t <br /> handle the new project. Thur sand filter beds are 809 feet from the Hash pee Fiver. <br /> Joe Lyons asked what the Town is doing with perimeter of the park property across from the library. <br /> Tori responded the perimeter has already been approved for building by Il ashpee Commons. <br /> Plo asked whether Water District discussing wastewater issues at meetings.
