(Paul Gobell report, nt'd <br /> Paul G bell reported on a joint meeting held with Carter Hunt on ,point Base Cape Cod. Paul <br /> stated that they were told they had to take a step back because their proposal that went out-was <br /> too broad, having all kinds of ranges of costs for all kinds of proposals. Instead, they will use an in- <br /> house contract they have with Wright Pierce and evaluate the electric utilities and water and <br /> wastewater as a package. The state is contemplating the ownership of those utilities and Carters <br /> job is basically to help that plan along. Then they will begin negotiation with the Air Force for <br /> evaluation. At that point they will be reaching out to communities to see if there will be any <br /> partnerships. Step 1 will be to get approval for State ownership of the utilities; Step 2 will be t <br /> negotiate ownership with the Air Force; step 3 will be to go out to communities to determine any <br /> partnership interest, <br /> CCC Cape-wide wastewater 208 plan, Torn Fudala reported on attendance at a 208 Plan <br /> meeting in Barnstable two weeks ago. Torte stated that he was impressed with what they were <br /> doing. <br /> 208 Plan Meeting on Feb, 25th at I Ia hpee Town Hall, from 1 to 4 PILI. Paul G bell and Torr <br /> Fudala will be attending the meeting. Torn Fudala stated that thea are now four watershed <br /> planning groups, down from eleven. The meeting agenda will be distributed on Friday, Feb. 21st. <br /> lashpee is in the dipper Cape group with each town limited to about four persons. Tom Fudal'a 1. <br /> will forward a copy ofthe meeting agenda to the Commission members. <br /> NEXT MEETING —Thursday, March 20, 2014, 7:00 PM, I lashpee Town Hall. <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> Joe Myons made a motion that the meeting be adjourned. Mark Gurnee seconded the motion. As. <br /> there was no further business, the motion was unanimously approved.
