Chapter 9 includes the following segments: <br />9.1 - Introduction <br />9.2 - Subarea Matrix Evaluation Part 2 <br />9.3 – Schedule: short-term initiatives, 2015-2016; phase 1 implementation 2017-2021; phase 2, <br /> 2022-2026; phase 3, 2027-2031; phase 4, 2032-2036; phase 5 2037-2041 long term <br /> implementation and adaptive management (2022 to 2041and beyond) <br /> Table 9-1: Estimated Fair Share Removal <br /> Table 9-2: Percent Load Reduction by Phase and Town <br /> Table 9-3: Fair Share Distribution by Phase <br />9.4 – Monitoring and Modeling <br />9.5 – Funding: Table 9-4: 9.4.1, State & Federal; 9.4.2, State; 9.4.3, Renewable <br /> Energy/MASS/CEC <br /> 9-6 – Summary <br /> The recommended plan is proposed over a 25- to 30-year time period that will depend <br /> heavily on the performance of shellfish aquaculture and the securing of treatment and <br /> recharge capacity at JBCC. <br /> <br />VOUCHER SIGNATURES <br />Joe Lyons made a motion that the GHD voucher for $2500 for work done from 12/18/2014 through <br />3/10/2015 be approved for payment. Tom Burns seconded the motion. Roll Call Vote: Lyons, yes; <br />Burns, yes; Fudala, yes. The motion was approved by a vote of (3-0). <br /> <br />OTHER ITEMS <br /> Community Advisory Committee (CAC): the BOS did not eliminate the CAC. They did <br />agree to seek members for the 5 Selectmen-appointed precinct positions. One has been <br />appointed: Sheldon Gilbert from Precinct 3. <br /> CIP Warrant: Selectmen have withdrawn the Sewer Commission’s request for $180,000. <br />That leaves zero money for wastewater for next year. <br /> The bill received for annual membership in the Water Environment Federation has <br />increased to $157.00 from $139.00 last year. The committee members agreed to have Tom <br />Fudala request an increase of $18 for annual membership in the Water Environment <br />Federation. <br /> <br />NEXT MEETING <br />The next meeting of the Sewer Commission was scheduled for Thursday, April 16, 2015, at 7:00 <br />PM, Mashpee Town Hall. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />As there was no further business, a motion was made by Joe Lyons to adjourn the meeting. Tom <br />Burns seconded the motion. Roll Call Vote: Joe Lyons, yes; Tom Burns, yes; Tom Fudala, yes. <br />The motion was approved by a vote of (3-0).
