The motion was unanimously approved. <br /> VOUCHER SIG ATURES <br /> * Mark Gurnee made a motion to approve the payment of-a $390.00 voucher received from <br /> Lombardo Associates, Glenn Santos seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously <br /> approved. <br /> *Glenn Santos made a motion to add to the meeting agenda the approval of a $2,450.00 voucher <br /> received from GHD. Roll Call Vote: Torn Burrs: yes; Glenn Santos, yes; Mark Gurnee, yes; Joe <br /> Lyons, yes; Torn Fudala, yes. The motion was unanimously approved. <br /> WORKSHOP P DEVELOPMENT OF DRAFT FINAL PLAN —Jeff Gregg, GHD <br /> Jeff Gregg distributed hard copies of the draft final plan to the Board members, and Mated that he <br /> also has the report on five disks. <br /> IIIb. Gregg walked the Board members through the draft final plan, and reviewed the contents, <br /> making note of the comments for change from the Board. <br /> Rick York Mated that future phases of the plan will depend on how the shellfish initiative perforans. <br /> Phase 1: a 5 year implementation plan from 2015 -2020 followed by a long terra 20 year <br /> implementation plan. Jeff Gregg stated his need to know what is going on with the establishment <br /> of the Severer District; shellfish efforts are ongoing on their own timetable; discussions re: <br />
