Mark Gurnee seconded the motion. The notion was approved. <br /> VOUCHER SIGNATURES <br /> Mark Gurnee made a motion to approve payment of a $292.50 voucher received from Lombardo <br /> Associates. Tom Burns seconded the motion. The motion was approved. <br /> ACTIVITY REPORT FROM SEWER COMMISSION ADMINISTRATOR ATOF — Paul Gobell. <br /> No report. <br /> WORKSHOP ON DEVELOPMENT of DRAFT FINAL, PLAN —Teff Gregg <br /> Tom Fudala stated that he had marked up his comments/questions on fifty different pages of his <br /> copy of the draft final pian and offered to handy it over to ,teff Gregg with the idea that he and .teff <br /> meet after Tuesday, April 8th, when Tom Fudala will have time to review his comments with .teff. <br /> Torn Fudala stated that one of his main comments was regarding the maps in the plan, all of which <br /> are based on fourteen-year out-of-date parcels. Tom felt that it is crucial to have an up-to-date <br /> parcel base for the plan. As the draft plan currently stands, there are sewer fines running down <br /> paper streets that were eliminated 10 years ago: and there are new streets that need to be added, <br /> such as Co­mmerclal Street and Mercantile Way. Torn Fudala stated further that it is frustrating that <br /> after 14 gears of work the entire phasing plan is boiled down to two Y page summary, and it is all <br /> based on"a shellfish plan that is going to work. Torn Fudala reiterated his conviction that a backup <br /> plan needs to be included in the report. <br />
