Mark Gurnee <br /> seconded the motion. The motion was approved by a vote of 3-0 with two abstentions: Glean <br /> Santos: and Joe Lyons. <br /> STATUS OF DRAFT FINAL PLAN: Review of secretary of Energy &Environmental Affairs <br /> EPA Letter, Comment Letters, and Cape Cod Commission staff Report. <br /> *Jeff Gregg's Comments <br /> Jeff Gregg reported that he had read through all the comments, and is in the process of drafting a <br /> response letter to be included in the final draft. For the meeting.tonight, Jeff Gregg planned to <br /> address some of the highlights, and include identifying actions that need to be taken by other <br /> individuals. ,teff Gregg stated that Rick York would respond to comments that specifically relate t <br /> the shellfish aspect of the plan. <br /> The Cer iflcate of the Secretary of Energy& Environmental Affairs on the Draft <br /> Environmental Impact Report, da ed 911212014, states that"the draft recommended plan <br /> adequately and properly complies with the Massachusetts Environmental Policy Act and with its <br /> iplementing regulations. The scope i <br /> tncluded in this Certificate identifies additional analysis and <br /> Inf rmation required in the FETE" The following sections in the Certificate were discussed: <br /> Scope for the I : <br /> Project Description <br /> 4 Draft 208 Water Quality Plan and Regional Management <br /> Wastewater Treatment <br /> - Vater Quality Monitoring &Adaptive Management <br /> Climate Change including Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Adaptation, resiliency & Coastal <br /> Hazards. <br />
