Rick York responded to the following DEIR points: <br /> - Non-traditional Wastewater Management.- these issues are addressed in Appendix 5. <br /> - Adaptive Management.,ement. under Short-Term Monit .ring & Modeling, MEP flushing and stream <br /> gauge monitoring necessary to update MEP TMDL compliance points: Rick i York needs to get <br /> clarification on what is being asked for, and stated that he will be able to provide very accurate <br /> data on stream gauge monitoring. <br /> ,teff Gregg stated that vire need to meet with the DEP and MEP groups and state that we are going <br /> to identify what the Town of Niahpee would do, and the State may have to look at this to run the <br /> MEP program for the Watersheds for the next 25 years. Jeff Gregg further stated that the State <br /> would be asking ghat the Sewer Commission of the Town of Mashpee warts to establish as a <br /> decision-raking process after 5 years. <br /> Torn Fudala summarized ed that his primary objective is to satisfy the Secretary of Energy and <br /> Environmental Affairs with the response to their Sept. 12, 2014 draft Environmental Impact Report. <br /> VOUCHER SIGNATURE REQUEST <br /> UEST <br /> *GHD Voucher for$400. <br /> Glenn Santos rude a motion that the GHD voucher for$400 for services be approved for <br /> payment. Joe Lyons seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved. <br /> LEVEL of SERVICE BUDGET <br /> Torn Fudala asked that the Board consider putting in a request for$139.00 for FY2 1 . This is <br /> 16.00 over the budget of$123.00 from last year to cover the Water Environment Federation <br /> membership increase that the Torn Accountant found money to pay this year. <br /> Glenn Santos made a motion that the Commission approve the request for a $139.00 budget for <br /> the Sewer Commission ion for FY 2016, Tori Burns seconded the motion.' The motion was <br /> unanimously approved. <br /> OTHER ITEMS <br /> ' Tom Fudala asked for a date of completion of review of comments. <br /> *Torn Fudala reported that on Tuesday, October 21, 2014, from 2 PNS to 6 PM a meeting is <br /> scheduled for the Upper Cape regarding the Gape Cod Commission's Draft 208 Plan. <br /> ` Torte Fudala reported that no contact has been received from Eric T rkington of the Falm uth <br /> Water Quality Committee re: work on a study of flushing of the Moonakis estuary.
