Andrew Gottlieb, 14ashpee BS Rick York, shellfish Constable CALL TO ORDER Chairman Torte Fud la called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM. APPROVAL of MINUTES • April 3, 2014 sewer Commission meeting. Torn Burns made a motion that the minutes from the April 3, 2014 Sewer Commission meeting be approved as presented. Torn Fudala seconded the motion- Roll Call Vote: ,Joe Lyons, yes; Glenn Santos, yes; Torn Fudala, yes, Torn Burrs, yes; The motion was approved -o with one member absent. • July 17, 2014 severer Commission meeting. The minutes from this meeting were approved at the September 18, 2014 meeting. • November 20, 2014 sever Commission meeting. Joe Lyons made a motion that the minutes from the November mber 20, 2014 sewer Commission meeting be approved as amended. Torn Burns seconded the motion. Rolf Calf tote: Joe Lyons, yes; Glenn Santos, yes; Torn Fudalar yes; Torn Burns, yes. The motion was approved -o with one member absent. STATUS of DRAFT FINAL PLAN — responses to I TEPA Letter, CCC staff Deport, Comments .Jeff Gregg stated that he had received responses to the MEPA comments from Joe Lyons and Mark Gurnee, and has reviewed all of Torn Fdal 's responses as well. Rick York was still working on responses to all shellfish comments. Rick York emphasized again the point that shellfish monitoring is very quantifiable down to the pound of nitrogen removed. Jeff Gregg stated that he warts to have a definitive outline of the monitoring program, i.e., a definition of the quahogs and oysters monitoring program. ,Jeff Gregg will be meeting with DEP the week of January 12th. to submit the responses to their comments. A second meeting with the DEP to craft the tent of the plan will be several months out. Joe Lyons requested that it be made clear that the shellfish option is the primary reduction in cost that is what we are ingesting in at the moment; in five years we will know the results.
