REVIEW of MINUTES Linell Grundman made a motion that the minutes from the June 18, 2013 meeting be approved as presented. Mile Cardeiro seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved. NEVA BUSINESS * Letter of Resignation —Steve Pinard Jeri Smith reported receipt of a letter of resignation from committee member Steve Pinard, effective November 1, 01 , "due to other commitments". Letter of Interest—John B. Hubley Jeri Smith reported receipt of a letter of interest from John Hubley in becoming a member of the committee. Mr. Hubley was invited to attend the meeting but was not present. Mr. Hubley will be invited to attend the next meeting of the committee. WBNERR Report No representative from WBNERR was in attendance at the meeting. VVENERR report was continued to the next committee meeting on June 10, 2014. South Cape Beach Development ACT and Amended Agreements AN ACT was established in the year 1977 by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts: to create the South Cape Beach State Park Advisory Committee. The Act included committee membership guidelines, committee goals} and responsibilities to the Department of Environmental Management (DEM) related to perp rules, regulations, design and plan review. The Town was to inform the DEM of any private interests relative to the use of lands within the proposed boundaries of the Park or adjacent properties. 1
