The Chair stated that paperwork at the
alternate site was required to be completed by the 15th of the month. Where was question
regarding whether the"0" or blank represented zero tonnage tipped at the alternate site or
whether the information had not been reported. The Chair expressed concern about tipping being
allowed at an alternate site and his plan to discuss it further with Falmouth's Board of Health and
Board of Selectmen. The Chair expressed concern that the provision allowing tipping at an
a.ltemate site was not being enforced. The Chair has completed research and is aware that the fee
for alternate site waste tipping has not been paid. Ms. Laurent recommended that the Board of
Managers send a letter to the Falmouth Board of Health regarding the hauler who reported that
he would be tipping at an alternate site and had not yet submitted payment for tipping elsewhere
and requesting a follow up from the Board of Health.
1
