The Chair inquired about the shutdown's impact to the <br /> two employees. Mr. Jack noted that one employee was a union Falmouth employee and would <br /> not lose a job} but the non-union Superintendent position would he at risk. Mr. Jack noted that <br /> the Board of Managers should expect the possibility of the Superintendent seeking another job in <br /> the meantime.
