Mr. Tilton seconded <br /> the notion. .All voted unanimously. <br /> .Approve July 2014 Residential Tonnage of 2,766+76 tuns for reporting to SEMASS. Total <br /> Residential and Commercial is 31,957.40 tons. <br /> Mr. Tilton made a motions to approve the July tonnage* Mr. Elliott seconded the motion. All <br /> voted unanimously. <br /> Approve August 2014 Residential Tonnage of 2,361.20 tons for reporting to SEMASS. Total <br /> Residential and Commercial is 31372.62 tons. <br /> Mr. Tilton made a motion to approve the August tonnage. Mr. Elliott seconded the motion. <br /> All voted unanimously. <br /> FY14 Budget Closeout <br /> Ir. Jack referenced and summarized the budget close out documents. The surplus amount of <br /> $78,665 subtotal would be distributed as shown. Documentation also broke dowry the credit <br /> amounts by town along with the total due, but Mr. Jack noted that the full amount could also be <br /> issued as a refund, Chairman Laurent noted that there was a capital balance of Just over $209NO. <br /> Mr. Jack stated that when the facility ceases operation in December, another final closeout will be <br /> developed and a credit generated based on any surplus that remained, once all bills were paid. It <br /> was anticipated that the closeout could be ready by February. The Chair recommended applying the <br /> surplus to each town's balance for the coming year. Mr. Tilton agreed. <br /> 1 <br />
