Cavossa emphasized the <br /> benefits of competition regarding pricing with the UCRTS facility in operation and noted that <br /> timing was critical since haulers would need to make a.decision in advance of any closing. The <br /> Chair referenced the possibility of a ternpot'ary commercial operation while completing a feasibility <br /> study to determine future uses.
