Nichols <br /> Attendees: l embers: William Taylor, Barbara Nichols,hols, Debi McManus, <br /> d, Guests: Geoff Spillane of The Enterprise ` <br /> The minutes of the March 27, 2014 meeting were accepted as written after a motion by Debi McManus <br /> and second by William Taylor. <br /> Agenda topics OF <br /> h <br /> [Agenda topic 1] Lake level/River outflow <br /> Discussion: Barbara-reported the lake measurements done April 3rd and 15Th, Both were 55.5 feet above <br /> sea level with 1.4.5 and 15 inches of water flowing over the board in the fishway closest to the lake. <br /> DPW cleaned the sand out of the river both on the to side f`the ish gra .nd down river on April nd. <br /> Water depth i the river by the steps 1s now 12 -13 inches. Results were reported to Drew McManus in <br /> Conservation. Andrew reported seeing a few herring in the lake. <br /> ' S <br /> Conclusions; The late is at 55.5 ft. DPW completed their spring removal of sand from above and below <br /> the fish ay. <br /> [Agenda topic 2]State Ramp Operation.L #e . <br /> Discussion; Andrew reported on his productive meeting with Mary and Heidi in Recreation the first week <br /> in April. Attendants will cover the ramp parking lot from 830- 4:30 on weekends and holidays from <br /> Memorial Day until July 4th.The attendants will collect bass tournament fees at the end of the event, and <br /> will track arrival and departure times of parked vehicles. Right after July4th, they will meet again to <br /> discuss altering or extending the pilot for July and August. Because of legal restrictions, the town must <br /> have two attendants staffing together, and cannot stagger shifts. This plan should improve management of <br /> the lot while being responsive to the staffing challenges the town faces. <br /> Conclusions: A plan for attendants to cover the parking lot 8-4-30 has been agreed upon. <br />
