Mr. Welch responded that the door was not for the purpose of rental use but <br /> indicated that they could dress it up. <br /> MOTION: Mr. Balzarini made a motion that a public hearing was not needed. Mr. <br /> Kooharian seconded the motion. All voted unanimously. <br /> Mr. Fudala reviewed the findings and conditions identified in the Special Permit Modification <br /> Decision. The project proponent was in agreement with the draft decision. <br /> MOTION: Mr.Balzarini made a motion to accept the modifications of the Special Permit. <br /> Mr.Kooharian seconded the motion.
