VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Appointment of Substitute Lifeguards: <br /> Communication was received from the Personnel Board dated <br /> August 18, 1994 recommended.that Christina Sherman and <br /> Jennifer Farren be appoint as regular substitute lifeguards through <br /> Labor Day. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Vaccaro to appoint Christina <br /> Sherman and Jennifer Farren as regular substitute <br /> Lifeguards through Labor Day. Motion seconded by <br /> Selectman Caffyn. VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Request for Recommendation of Mashpee Representative <br /> to the Barnstable County Dredge Technical Advisory <br /> Committee: <br /> Communication was received from Barry Johnson, County Administrator <br /> dated August 8, 1994 requesting the Board appoint an individual to serve <br /> as a member of the County's Technical Advisory Committee. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Costa to nominate Ben Gordon <br /> to serve as a member of the County's Technical Advisory <br /> Committee. Motion seconded by Selectman Vaccaro. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Youth Commission Resignation and Recommendation <br /> for Appointment: <br /> Correspondence was received from Gus Frederick, Leisure Service <br /> Director dated August 16, 1994 regarding the resignation of Lewis <br /> Farwell from the Youth Commission. Mr. Frederick requested the <br /> Board approve the resignation and appoint Robert Govoni as a regular <br /> member to the Youth Commission. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Vaccaro to accept the resignation <br /> of Lewis Farwell received from the Leisure Service <br /> Director and declare the position vacant. Motion seconded <br /> by Selectman Costa. VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br />
