Page 12 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> October 24, 1994 <br /> Request for Change in Holiday Schedule: <br /> Communication was received from Leigh Potter dated October 5, 1994 <br /> requesing the Board consider exchanging November 11, 1994 for the <br /> day following Thanksgiving as it relates to the employee holiday schedule. <br /> *The Board does not object to the above proposal. The majority vote <br /> of all Town employee's will be used when considering the exchange. <br /> Designation - Survey Board of Unsafe Structures: <br /> Correspondence was received from William Hauck dated October 14, 1994 <br /> requesting the Board designate Robert Whritenour to complete the <br /> administrative portion of the Survey Board for Unsafe Structures. <br /> Mr. Hauck indicated that he has appointed Fire Chief Baker or his <br /> appointed representative, Gregory Taylor, the DPW Director,Anthony <br /> Ferragamo, Registered Architect and a professional engineer to serve <br /> on the Survey Board with the Board's approval. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Vaccaro to approve of the Survey <br /> Board for Unsafe Structures as recommended. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Costa. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Acceptance of Mechanic Services Bid for Fire and Rescue: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Vaccaro to award the Mechanic <br /> Services Bid for Fire and Rescure to Scott Fenner as <br /> recommended at the rate of $25 per hour. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Costa. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Approval of Performance Evaluation and Step Increase for <br /> Harbor Master Perry Ellis: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Costa to approve the Performance <br /> Evaluation of Harbor Master Perry Ellis as presented. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Vaccaro. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Vaccaro to approve the Step <br /> Increase for Perry Ellis as recommended. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Costa. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br />
