To read: Continuation of <br /> Public Hearing, <br /> Page two; first sentence, delete the word: square to read: 727 feet. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Costa to approve the Special <br /> Meeting minutes of Wednesday, September 28, 1994 as <br /> amended. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Vaccaro. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous, 3-0. <br /> Selectman Dinizio abstained. <br /> Monday, October 3, 1994 - Regular and Executive Sessions: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Vaccaro to approve the Regular <br /> and Executive Session minutes of Monday, October 3, 1994 <br /> as presented. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Costa. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous, 3-4. <br /> Selectman Dinizio abstained. <br /> 7.15 p.m. Public Hearing; <br /> Mashpee Exxon Underground Storage: <br /> Selectman Mills opened the Public Hearing on the application of <br /> Exxon Company, USA for 24,550 gallons (2-6,000 gasoline tanks; <br /> 1-8,000 gasoline tank; 1-4,000 gasoline tank, 1-550 used oil tank) <br /> underground fuel storage located at 548 Falmouth Road (Route 28) <br /> at the Mashpee rotary, Mashpee. <br /> Susan Ross of Geologic Services Corporation, the firm hired by Exxon <br /> to conduct the compliance audit was present to discuss the license <br /> application with the Board, <br /> Ms. Ross indicated that the recent compliance audit detected an error <br /> in the license application. The license itself did not state "waste oil tank." <br /> It was noted that the capacity of the tank has been in place since 1967. <br /> Sheldon Hamblin of the Mashpee Fire Department indicated that the <br /> underground storage tank as it exists is in compliance with all regulations. <br /> i <br />
