Ms. Ross indicated that the tanks <br /> were tested and are in compliance as of September of 1994. <br /> With regards to separator drains, Selectman Costa recommended to <br /> contact the Mashpee Board of Health. <br /> Being no further comment, Selectman Mills closed the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Dinizio to issue the license to <br /> the Exxon Company, USA for underground fuel storage <br /> as requested. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Costa. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> PUBLIC DISCUSSION: <br /> Mashpee resident Bill Marsters, 100 Lakewood Drive requested <br /> information pertaining to the Task Force Meeting relative to the Mashpee <br /> River. <br /> Selectman Mills indicated that she attended the meeting with the Herring <br /> Warden, Assistant Director of Public Works, the Conservation Agent <br /> and Division of Marine Fisheries and Wildlife representatives. <br /> The State has ordered Mashpee to open the channel for adequate water <br /> flow indicated Selectman Mills. The channel should be open within the <br /> next few weeks. She will keep the public informed of the progress. <br /> Mrs. Greelish asked if there are any future plans to increase Mashpee's <br /> revenue source. She was informed by the Executive Secretary that the <br /> budget calendar was presented to the Finance Committee. The discussion <br /> of revenue is premature at this time since the budget is not in place to date. <br /> Brad Caffyn recommended to approach the Massachusetts Correctional <br /> Institute regarding an inmate clean-up of Mashpee's illegal dump sites. <br /> Mr. Caffyn indicated that he will make a list of specific sites for the <br /> Board's review. <br /> Selectman Costa recommended to consider support from the Barnstable <br /> House of Correction as a source of local labor. <br /> *Future Agenda Item of discussion. <br />
