Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> December 18, 1995 <br /> CO CATIONS AND CQR ESEQD DEN E: <br /> Massachusetts MILiMRfservation Clean-un: <br /> Selectman indicated that Massachusetts Environmental Affairs <br /> Secretary Trudy Coxe and EPA New England Regional Administrator <br /> John DeVillars today jointly announced an 18 to 21 month accelerated <br /> clean-up schedule at the Massachusetts Military Reservation. <br /> The revised schedule reduced planned construction by as much as a year <br /> by building all the treatment facilities simultaneously instead of one at a <br /> time noted Selectmanaffyn. <br /> Rri <br /> Selectman Caffyn expressed appreciation to State Representative Tom Cahir <br /> for his involvement in the process.. The schedule represents the most <br /> ambitious approach to the clean-up process. <br /> ,f <br /> ,A, DMQved Town Meetine Warrant Articles: <br /> It was noted that the Town has not yet received a response from the <br /> Attorney General with respect to several warrant articles approved by the <br /> October Annual Town Meeting. <br /> hMW_BUSINESS: <br /> ARRmyd.QL_Clms,.II License Application <br /> Paul Moore was present to discuss his application for a license to buy, <br /> =s: sell,exchange or assemble second hand motor vehicles in Mashpee <br /> with the Board of Selectmen. <br /> It was noted that Mr.Moore is in co-partnership P P with John Burke. The <br /> business address of concern is located at 580 Falmouth Road,Mashpee. <br /> Mr. Moore has proposed to display one (1)vehicle only on the premises <br /> at one time for the purpose of carrying on the business. The license will <br /> allow Mr.Moore and hisartner to purchase and/or sell motor vehicles. <br /> P <br /> Discussion followed with regards to traffic concerns as it relates to the <br /> display of the for sale sign located on the vehicle to be stored on site. <br />
