r <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> December 18, 1995 <br /> NEW B - <br /> H-Li:gense Ap2h ` n- <br /> Motion made by Selectman Costa to approve the application <br /> pp <br /> of B & M Auto Brokers for a license to buy, sell exchange <br /> or assemble second hand motor vehicles or parts thereof <br /> at 680 Falmouth Road, Mashpee subject to the following <br /> conditions; one (1) motor vehicle only shall be displayed on <br /> premises, the telephone number shall not be displayed in a <br /> prominent manner as to distract traffic, and the Board of <br /> Selectmen retain the right to review the license application. <br /> The license as stipulated is approved effective; January 1. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Dinizio. <br /> Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Ex &.�y1n fP r nn 1rn - <br /> .&cudoIt is the consensus of Fire Chief George Baker and Assistant to the <br /> Executive Secretary Joyce Mason to discuss their Personnel Service <br /> Contracts as an agenda item in Executive Session. <br /> Selectman Caffyn requested information pertaining to the status of the <br /> above employee's as it relates to the Personnel Administration Plan. (PAP) <br /> Is a formal vote necessary to remove the employee's from the PAP <br /> questioned Selectman Caffyn? <br /> LULIQDI&( T SION: <br /> To clarify the remark made by Mrs.Marsch with regards to comments <br /> madeduring a Regular Selectmen's Meeting, Selectman Vaccaro indicated <br /> that no individual has the right to disrupt a Board Meeting. <br /> g <br /> In other business,Mrs.Harsch related concerns with regards to Regular <br /> gular <br /> Meetings of the Board of Selectmen. The Board informed Mrs.Harsch <br /> that all meetings are posted in the legal manner in accordance with the <br /> Open Meeting Law. <br />
