Third paragraph to read.- $500. <br /> Page nine; to read: Meeting Resumed: 9:52 p.m. <br /> Page ten; guests to include: George Green,Jr. and Robert Lopez <br /> Page eleven,last sentence to add. and Conservation Commission <br /> members left the meeting. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Costa to approve the Regular and <br /> Executive Session minutes of Monday, April 3, 1995 as <br /> amended. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Dinizio. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> ilm r.r, Marine r -Building Move Permit: <br /> Mr. George Gilmore of Gilmore Marine was present to request the <br /> Board approve the move of a steel dock barge over the public ways of <br /> the Town of Mashpee on April 11, 1995. <br /> The barge will be moved from 37 Bowdoin Road to the Town Landing <br /> on Mashpee Neck Road at 9:00 a.m. if approved by the Board of <br /> Selectmen. <br /> Chief of Police,William Przybylek approved the license application <br /> with stipulations included in his memo of April 7, 1995. It was noted <br /> that Mr. Gilmore has agreed to the stipulations as set forth by the Chief <br /> of Police,in the interest of public safety. <br />
