(Assessors Map 36, Lot 11 and Map 28, Lot 4,5,6,7,8,9) <br /> It was noted that the petition article proposes to amend the zoning <br /> map dated October 1994 for land abutting Route 130 by establishing new <br /> lines and striking out the designation "R-5” and substituting in place <br /> thereof new lines and the designation "C-2" to the lot containing an area <br /> of approximately two (2) acres. <br /> The Board voted to remove the re gut atony article for placement on the <br /> 1995 October Town Meeting warrant in early March of 1995. <br /> The article was placed on the 1994 October Town Meeting warrant,but <br /> was dismissed as a result of incorrect wording indicated Ms. Miranda. <br /> She requested the Board re-insert the article for the May Town Meeting. <br />
