Motion seconded by Selectman Caff n. y _ . VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. CQMhILLNICATIONS AND CORRESPONDENCE: In d epCndep&e Holjse. In Communication was received from Independence House,Inc.relative to services provided to the Town of Mashpee from January 1, 1995 to March 31, 1995. As indicated in the invoice,Independence House has provided Mashpee residents with Human Services totaling$30,548.60. Mashpee has allocated the sum of$2,850 for FY95. Selectman Caffyn recommended the Board consider contributing additional Human Service funding to the Independence House in FY96. OLD BUSINESS. Great Oak Road Vote. Communication was received from Town Counsel dated April 6, 1995 relative to the alteration and acceptance of the layout of Great Oak Road and the acquisition of related easements. Motion made by Selectman Costa that this Board intends to alter the layout of Great Oak Road as shown on the plan prepared by Bostwick Engineering, Inc., dated June 15, 1994, entitled "Roadway Easement Plan of Land," consisting of six sheets, a copy of which has been filed with the Town Clerk, and that written notice of our intention to alter the layout of Great Oak Road at our meeting of April 24, 1995 shall be given to the owners of any land or interest in land that will be taken for such purposes, and that written notice shall be sent to the Mashpee Planning Board, with a request that the Planning Board report back to us at our meeting of April 24, 1995. Motion seconded by Selectman Dinizio. VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0.
