Motion made by Selectman Costa to approve the application request of Mashpee Commons for an Entertainment License for the 1995 summer season as outlined. Motion seconded by Selectman Caffyn, VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. QLD BUSINESS: Accr,pjaLicef Ur -Oak R E mn • Motion made by Selectman Costa to accept Road Easements No. 1, 2A, 5A, 10B and 10C located along the layout of s r Great oak Road as recommended. Motion seconded by Selectman Mills. VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. New u .Seab ry Trnfr ofD 1 mn Ri h i The Board reviewed the New Seabury Modification Agreement and Conservation Restriction as provided by Town Counsel, Jeanne McKnight dated May 22, 1995. Selectman Caffyn indicated that she is in opposition of the material as presented to the Board on this date without prior review. She indicated that it is a policy of the Board to not vote on material not previously reviewed. Selectman Mills noted that a subcommittee was formulated to review the agreement and related conservation restriction. There has also beenn o going f dialogue with Town Counsel as it related to this matter. Selectman Vaccaro as Chairman ruled that the Board is not violating policy at this time. With reference to the agreement and motion as set forth by Town Counsel, the Board has agreed to delete Section 6 (c): Wording for this subsection shall be approved by the Mashpee k Water District i E f!i[ .i i� i k
