Draft 2- August 25, 1995 <br /> Article 13. <br /> To see if the Town will vote to transfer a sum of money to the Stabilization <br /> Account or take any other action relating thereto. . <br /> Submitted by the Finance Committee <br /> Explanation: This article seeks to place a portion of available unencumbered <br /> funds into the Town's Stabilization Fund for future use. Future use of <br /> Stabilization Funds require a 2/3 vote of Town Meeting. <br /> Article 14. <br /> To see if the Town will vote to transfer the care, custody and control of the <br /> Asher's Path Sanitary Landfill property owned by the Town, to the Board of <br /> Health for the purpose of placing a deed restriction on the property and further <br /> to authorize the Board of Health to place said deed restriction on the property <br /> restricting any future uses of the property to active or passive recreation as <br /> stipulated by the provisions of M.G.L.C. 111, Section 150A and the regulations at <br /> 310 CMR 19.141 and 815 CMR 2.00 Landfill Capping Grant Program and upon <br /> such -tern s and conditions as the Board of Health shall determine to be <br /> appropriate. This deed restriction will entitle the town to reimbursement in the <br /> amount of $350,000 for the closure of the Asher's Path Sanitary Landfill through <br /> the Landfill Capping Grant Program. <br /> Submitted by the Board of Health <br /> Explanation: <br /> Article l5. <br /> To see if the Town will vote to amend Chapter 170 <br /> Submitted by the Waterways Commission <br /> Explanation: <br /> Page 7 <br />
