It was noted that Mrs. Scalleydid not received the MCAC r <br /> minutes of October 4, 1995. <br /> Mr.' hritenour read aloud his memo to Mrs. Scalley g addressin this <br /> matter. It was noted that the mailing address for Mrs. Scalley was <br /> incorrect. She did not received Mr. Whritenourresponse <br /> 's letter of <br /> addressing this matter. <br /> Selectman Caffyn related concerns to the manner of response Mrs. Scalley <br /> received from the staff as a result of her request for minutes. <br /> *It is the consensus of the Board to establish a clearP rocedure with <br /> Board Secretaries relative to the circulation of nunutes. <br /> Communication from the Administrative Assistant: <br /> Selectman Caffyn made note of the memo received from the Administrative <br /> Assistant relative to posting procedures. <br /> It is the consensus of the Board to place all requests in writing to <br /> alleviate any further concerns. <br /> Mashpee Council on Aging: <br /> Mr.Whritenour indicated that the Mashpee Council on Aging has <br /> received the 1995 ROSE Award. He recognized the Director,James Long <br /> and his staff for their activities with the Council on Aging. <br /> Mashpee Wildlife Refuge: <br /> Selectman Vaccaro indicated that the new Wildlife Refuge project will <br /> be the focus of the television show entitled CBS Sunday Morning. Taping <br /> will occur in Mashpee today and tomorrow. Selectman Costa is involved <br /> in the process on behalf of the Town of Mashpee. <br />
