• t <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> November 6, 1995 <br /> D.LD BUSINESS: <br /> Approval and Execution of Agreement with water District <br /> for Radio Antenna: <br /> Motion made by Selectman app Dinizio to a rove and execute <br /> the Agreement with the Yater District for a Radio Antenna <br /> to provide radio communications for the Police Department <br /> for the sum of $20 per year. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman -Mills. <br /> VQT Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Communication from SEED Corporation. <br /> Correspondence was received from the Southeastern Economic <br /> Development Corporation (SEED)dated October 16, 1995 requesting <br /> q g <br /> the Board execute the Application Withdrawal by November 10, 1995. <br /> It was noted that the SEED Corporation will be providing micro loan <br /> assistance to communities throughout Bristol and Plymouth Counties. <br /> The Cape and Island Economic Development Corporation (C&EEDC) <br /> will service Dukes and Nantucket Counties as well as communities of <br /> upper and middle Cape Cod. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Mills to authorized the Chairman <br /> to execute the Application Withdrawal set up by the <br /> Southeastern Economic Development Corporation (SEED) <br /> on behalf of the Board of Selectmen. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Caffyn. <br /> V-OIF,: Unanimous. 4-0. <br />
