Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> November 5, 1995 <br /> PUBLICPUBLjC DISCUSSION: <br /> Wendy Williams addressed concerns with respect to Mrs. Scalley's <br /> request for Mashpee Commons Advisory Committee minutes. <br /> Charles Costello recommended the Board organize all committee <br /> minutes. It was noted that all approved minutes are submitted to the <br /> Town Clerk for compilation purposes. <br /> MashDee Commons Advisory Committee-Ex-officio Member: . <br /> Motion made by Selectman Dinizio to appoint the <br /> Executive Secretary, Robert Whritenour as an Ex-officio <br /> member of the Mashpee Commons Advisory Committee. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Caffyn, <br /> YOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> With respect to the above, Mr.'Ahritenour indicated that he views his <br /> role with the committee as a resource person and facilitator. <br /> Deirdre Greelish noted that Mashpee Commons Advisory Committee <br /> meetings can be viewed live on the local cable access channel. <br /> With regards to the Town Hall renovation project, Mrs. Greelish <br /> recommended the Board consider the installation of Town water and <br /> a sprinkler system as high priority items. <br /> APE.QINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> Shellfish Hearings: <br /> Selectman Vaccaro opened the Pubic Hearing on the following <br /> recommendations submitted by the Shellfish Commission: <br /> 1. Amendment of Scallop Season <br /> 2. Proposed Family Shellfishing Area-Hamblin's Pond <br /> 3. opening of ockway Bay Landing to the taking of soft-shell <br /> clams <br /> Richard York, Shellfish Constable and Vernon Thomas of the Shellfish <br /> Commission were present to discuss the above recommendations with <br /> the Board of Selectmen and interested public. <br />
