f <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> November 6, 1995 <br /> APPO NTS AND HEARINQS <br /> Shellfish Hearings; <br /> Motion made by Selectman Mills to approve the opening of <br /> the Ockway Bay Landing Closure Area as recommended <br /> effective at sunrise on Friday, November 10, 1995. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Dinizio. <br /> YQTJL.• Unanimous, 4-0. <br /> Q.LD BATS INES S: <br /> Guidelines for Board of Selectmen Liaisons: <br /> The Board reviewed the Guidelines for Board of Selectmen Liaisons <br /> reflected as Policy#31 of the Board of Selectmen. <br /> { <br /> It is the consensus of the Board to hold the policy approval for further <br /> review. It was noted that two additional liaison policies exist that were <br /> adopted by previous Selectmen. <br /> Selectman Caffyn recommended the Board consider adding Performance <br /> Evaluations to the liaison policy. <br /> *Agenda item,next meeting. <br /> NEW BUSINESS- <br /> . r ii.r.ir r r�u �� <br /> Memo from DPW Director re: Proposed Site Improvement <br /> in Town Right-of-Way: <br /> Communication was received from Greg Taylor,Director of Public Works <br /> dated October 26, 1995 recommending the Board approve the proposed <br /> site improvement in the Town Right-of--Way located at Great Oak Road and <br /> Walton Heath Way. <br /> It was noted that the Great Oak Road layout extends approximately 45 feet <br /> beyond the physical intersection of the two roads. The landscape plan has <br /> been revised to provide 8 feet of road shoulder without obstruction. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Caffyn to approve the private <br /> landscape plan as revised within the Town Right-of-Way <br /> located at Great Oak Road and Walton Heath Way. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Dinizio. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br />
