Selectman Mills recommended the Board consider <br /> eliminating item#3 of the proposed guidelines. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Mills to approve of the Guidelines <br /> s <br /> for the Declassification of Executive Session Minutes as <br /> amended, deleting item #3. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Caffyn. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br />
