SHAUGHNE SY <br /> II MINUTES FROM PREVIOUSMEETING: <br /> Corrections : Minutes of December 13, 1994 : Rage 2 , Item B, <br /> Lock Boxes : Line 4 should read, "They will provide a look box <br /> twice the size of the one that was displayed here. " <br /> There had been two motions amending the Long-Range Plan to in- <br /> elude the additional circulation person. The minutes have been <br /> amended to include the votes taken for an increase in, hours to <br /> 25 hours a week to the junior clerical position and adding a <br /> new clerical position for circulation as well as amending the <br /> long range plan to include that new position.. <br /> Minutes of December 13 , 1994 accepted with corrections * <br /> IIIREPORTS : <br /> A. Librarian: H* DeF'oe reported that this had been an inter- <br /> esting month, The library had the only slow week all year <br /> a day or two before Christmas, which was very profitable <br /> since they were able to accomplish a great deal of things <br /> they normally cannot get to. By the week after Christmas, <br /> it was business as usual. The computer upgrade started on <br /> December 31st. CLAMS required that last day to run reports <br /> on the systeme Therefore, the computer was unavailable for <br /> December 31st. The figures are slightly higher than last <br /> December, but they are also minus a day. Next month it will <br /> appear that January was busier, when actually some of that <br /> activity is carried over from December. <br /> Helene ' s report W-ith figures for December 1994 were passed <br /> to the trustees. <br /> B. Friends : No report from the Friends. Where was no book <br /> sale this month. <br />
