The board of selectmen will <br /> appoint Charlotte Fanei l to serge until May 1995, the balance <br /> of Ruth Stauffer' s term for 19959 <br /> B. A letter from the Board of Library Commissioners : The Board <br /> of Library Commissioners will hold a number of monthly meet- <br /> ings in various locations throughout the commonwealth. The <br /> January meeting on 1/12/95 will be held at the Worcester <br /> Public Library in the event any of the trustees were in- <br /> terested in attending. <br /> C, From the Board of Selectmen relative to those who were up for <br /> reelection: Gloria Selander, Mimi harsh and Ruth Selander. <br /> R. Public Library Construction Program in the <br /> event you should be interested in filing for a grant. <br /> V BUSINESS FROM REVIOU MEETINGS : <br /> A. FY 196 Budget: H, DeFoe reported that she had taken the <br /> trustees ' comments of last meeting and added there: The <br /> additional five hours for Kathy Makunas which brought her <br /> salary up to $1.2, 857. The new position, presuming that <br /> would start at Grade 3, step 1, it would be $8 ,211y 1.9 hours <br /> for a 52 week . <br /> Line 849 which is Library Educational Supplies , books , was <br /> also slightly increased to insure that would total. 19% ; the <br /> $25,000 capital request to upgrade the heating system. The <br /> final budget was $160 ,874 submitted to the town. <br /> B. H. DeFoe explained, at the last Department Head Meetingr <br /> M.
