" <br /> It was suggested by George Costa that a library sign also be <br /> posted on Route 28 . A two sided sign posted' on Route 151 was <br /> also suggested. , <br /> G. Costa explained that if we should have a problem getting <br /> permission for a sign posted on Rt. 28 , to advise him, and he <br /> would discuss it with Greg Taylor. <br /> B. Helene passed out the flyers for the C I ILA Conference. Helene <br /> plans to attend, ,and asked if' ,any _of _the ' trustees would like t <br /> attend, they could- ride together. The theme of this meeting <br /> will be 'chow we can provide electronic access o small towns. <br /> We would like funding from the State to help finance some of <br /> this . <br /> V BUSINESS FROM PREVIOUS MEE'T'ING <br /> A. Discussion - flown Meeting: Mini Marsh stated that she, was very <br /> proud of Dick Shaughnessy -who spoke for the library.- She was <br /> pleased that he was on our -Learn. <br /> M. Marsh also stated that our library director made an excep- <br /> tional presentati-on. <br /> Dick Shaughnessy suggested that the trustees should -have attended <br /> the Taxpayers Association Meeting and the Finance Committee <br /> meetings . Dick felt that in the future, we have to bear in mind <br /> that we cannot skip anything. Whatever we are aiming for, we <br /> have to attend all of the meetings. <br /> G. Costa agreed that for the Capital Improvement ent Plan _ for our <br /> addition, we have to stay right on top of -and attend every <br /> meeting. <br /> M. Marsh added that we were eerta.inly ,i.nteested because we <br /> desperately needed the space . In her opinion_, 'it was time <br /> that the Library kept up with the nest of _the town. <br />
