MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> AUGUST 22,2018 <br /> Mr. Steve Cook, Cotuit Bay Design addressed the Board and said that the design is not for <br /> a bedroom. He said the half-bath is really for convenience. <br /> The Board is concerned that a garage with the half-bath will become an apartment. <br /> Chairman Furbush asked the Board if there were any more comments. Mr. Goldstein said <br /> he does not have any issues and will agree to make conditions for the decision. <br /> There were no comments from the audience. The Board had no more comments. <br /> Mr. Kirrane said the applicant is seeking a 17 ft. Variance from the 50 ft. requirement <br /> because the location of the garage is 33 ft. <br /> Mr. Bonvie made a motion to issue a Variance to Patricia Connolly of 5 Seconsett Island <br /> Road based on the following conditions; <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a <br /> Variance under Mass General Law 40A Section 10. <br /> 2. The Variance requirement is a 50 ft. setback from wetlands. The plan depicts 33 <br /> ft., and the Board issues a 17 ft. Variance from the wetlands. <br /> 3.
