The Committee plans to read their letter to the Board of <br /> Selectmen at their earliest time slot of September 27 . <br /> They will bring to the attention of the Board the pattern of <br /> harrassment in the community. <br /> The Committee will cite other complaints and a recent case <br /> brought to their attention which indicates a failure as a No <br /> Place for Hate community. The committee will cite the need <br /> for more diversity training and a more active appearance by <br /> a representative from the Board of Selectmen at Affirmative <br /> Action meetings. <br /> The Committee drafted a letter to the Board of Selectmen. <br /> The letter will be typed up and sent out to each member via <br /> e-mail. <br /> Jan Strickland was chosen to read this letter at the <br /> September 27th meeting of the Board of Selectmen. <br /> A roll call vote was taken to adjourn. 5 yes. 1 abstained. <br /> Adjourned 6:45 p.m. <br /> Mary Gelsthorpe, Recording Secretary <br />
