Motion seconded by Robert Mendes. All in <br /> favor. <br /> Bruce Taggart presented Treasurer's Report. On January 4, 2017 the Report of the Mash pee <br /> Cultural Council was submitted to the State. Details on Mashpee Cultural Council Website. <br /> There were two outstanding invoices--Cotuit Center for the Arts/May Center and Mary <br /> Bradbury/Recreation Center. Treasurer contacted both—required information from Cotuit <br /> Center for the Arts was received and payment was sent to them. M. Bradbury informed <br /> Mashpee Cultural Council that the event they were awarded funds for did not take place. <br /> Funds ($400) in Mashpee Cultural Council Treasury for 2018 award. <br /> Of Mashpee Cultural Council grant money, up to $675 may be reserved for a Mashpee Cultural <br /> Cultural program. This year's Mashpee Cultural Council program, National Dight Out <br /> (MPD/Groovalottos), is scheduled for the 111 Tuesday in August 2017. More information to <br /> come. <br /> Other options for a Mashpee Cultural Council program were suggested. There was a discussion _ <br /> that Mashpee Cultural Council funding requires a single application to be completed for <br /> funding; it is net a complex grant request. <br /> Sarah Galey motioned to officially earmark Mashpee Cultural Council event, National Night Out, <br /> in the amount of$600, to be scheduled on Tuesday, August 1, 2017. Maryl ate O'Brien <br /> seconded the motion. All in favor. <br /> It was mentioned that this event is separate from the Groovalotto event ($600)-whichis <br /> scheduled to air on Mashpee TV. <br /> John Miller reported on publicity. He was asked about conducting a survey via Faeebook. What <br /> are we trying to survey? What is the methodology. <br /> Mashpee Cultural Council members plan to set up an information table at Mashpee Night Out <br /> to inform attendees about Mashpee Cultural Council and what they do. It would be helpful to <br /> have members attend as many events as they can. <br /> 5 <br />
