Town of Mashpee <br /> y 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> vim;N�o Mashpee, Massachusetts 02649 <br /> Board of Health — PUBLIC SESSION MEETING <br /> Mashpee Town Hall —Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> Minutes of the Meeting of September 13, 2018 <br /> Board Members Present: Member Absent: Also Present: <br /> Brian Baumgaertel, Chair Mallory Langler, Clerk Glen Harrington, Health Agent <br /> Laurel Almquist, Co-Chair <br /> Chairman Brian Baumgaertel called the meeting to order at 7:01 PM. <br /> APPOINTMENTS <br /> 7:15 PM—Request for Approval of Nitrogen Aggregation Plan—S Driftwood Way <br /> Glen Harrington stated that 5 Driftwood Way is in the Seabrook Village subdivision off of Surf Drive, The <br /> Seabrook Village Homeowners Association has allowed, on several occasions, for the open space area to <br /> be used as credit land for undersized properties to obtain the additional land for more bedrooms. In this <br /> case, 10,802 SF are being utilized to obtain the 30,015 SF required area for three bedrooms. The septic <br /> design plan, credit land survey plan, and Grants of Title V Nitrogen Loading Restriction and Easement for <br /> the facility and credit land have been provided. The review fee has been paid and the plans and <br /> documents have been reviewed. <br /> Tristram Weller, of Weller&Associates,was in attendance representing the applicant. <br /> There being no further discussion or questions, Laurel Almquist made a Motion to approve the septic <br /> design plan for three bedrooms and the nitrogen aggregation plan with the following conditions: 1) the <br /> sketch plans be stamped and signed by a licensed land surveyor; and 2) the draft Grants of Title V <br /> Restriction and Easement be finalized and recorded at the Registry of Deeds, with an executed stamped <br /> copy provided to the Board of Health prior to issuance of a Disposal Works Construction Permit and <br /> approval of the Building Permit. Motion seconded by Brian Baumgaertel. VOTE: Unanimous (2-0). <br /> 7:20 PM—Request for Approval of Nitrogen Aggregation Plan--34 Sandy Way <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that 34 Sandy Way is in the Seabrook Village subdivision off of Surf Drive. The <br /> Seabrook Village Homeowners Association has allowed, on several occasions, for the open space area to <br /> be used as credit land for undersized properties to obtain the additional land for more bedrooms. In this <br /> case, 11,191 SF are being utilized to obtain the 301000 SF required area for three bedrooms. The credit <br /> land survey plan and Grants of Title V Nitrogen Loading Restriction and Easement for the facility and credit <br /> land have been provided. The review fee has been paid and the plans and documents have been <br /> reviewed. No issues were encountered. The septic design plan has not been submitted with this approval <br /> 1 <br />
