We now have 9 extra spots. Mrs..Botsford is:working.on re=assigning <br /> tenant's parking;spots and that should all be iti place by the end of the:month. The Board will <br /> need to vote on confirming substantial and final:completion of the Job. Mrs: Botsford <br /> informed the:board that the Board of Selectmen has the housing authority on theifagenda torr <br /> ncxt.Monday, August 27 at 6:30 PM. Mr. LaPorte stated that he has had A lot of discussion with <br /> the Town Manager and they are itt.complete agreement,that the reports that we have been <br /> providing to them for years.now are acceptable. Mr. LaPorte is'going to be speaking to the <br /> selectmen at the meeting,as vowd.by this board;and.expl ming that due to confidentiality we <br /> cannot provide any identifying factors,to,the Board of Selecuneri. The:reports that we Have been <br /> providing them for the past few years are completelyin compliance Mth their initial request,. <br /> subsequent requests from.the Board of Selectmen for the client's address are not allowed per <br /> regulation and the law. A motion.was made by Jill Allen <br /> and seconded by Richard Halpern to accept and approve the Amendment#6 to the. <br /> CFA as presented.
