5 <br /> Affordable Housing Trust <br /> Minutes <br /> June 25, 2018 <br /> Discussion of Affordable Housing Feasibility Study (Phase 2) at 950 Falmouth Road: (continued) <br /> It was agreed the requirement for zero nitrogen would be included in the Request for Proposal, as well <br /> as the development of a performance target to offset nitrogen by off-site mitigation to bring forth an <br /> improved environmental resolve. <br /> Motion made by Mr. Gottlieb to authorize the Affordable Housing Committee to develop an <br /> RFP with an option for zero nitrogen disposal. <br /> Motion seconded by Mr. Cotton. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 9-0. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Mrs. Sherman,yes Mr. Cahalane,yes Mr. Gottlieb,yes Mr. O'Hara,yes <br /> Mr. Cotton,yes Mr. Halpern,yes Mr. Avis,yes Mrs. Dutson,yes <br /> Mr. Isbitz,yes Opposed, none <br /> Available mitigation funding would be reviewed and used to update the study. <br /> As agreed upon, the buffer zone as discussed would be included in the project scope. There are several <br /> matters to be determined. Therefore, the affordable housing project remains in its preliminary stage. <br /> The next scheduled meeting of the Affordable Housing Committee is July 10, 2018.
