Overall, building costs were totaling <br /> approximately $135 per square foot for a single family home. Increased fundraising was needed, <br /> along with help from municipalities and use of CPC funds. <br /> Mashpee Housing Presentation <br /> Chan Abbott noted that he would be presenting to the Mashpee Mousing Authority. <br /> Chairman Abbott will offer congratulations on behalf of the AHC to Leila Botsford sford for the award <br /> she received. <br /> Barnstable Accessory Affordable Apartment Program <br /> The Chair distributed information to AHC members. 1Is.. gloff pointed out that accessory <br /> apartments were a component ofMahpe's housing plan. <br /> RUD User Home Data <br /> The information was emailed to Committee members. <br /> Other Business Not Anticipated <br /> The Chair announced that Ms. Mason was seeping to revive the mousing Trust with funds, <br /> specifically with the $300,000 being held by the Cape Cod Commission for the Mashpee <br /> Commons mitigation finds and the 10% CFC funding. <br /> NWETING ADJOURNMENT <br /> The next meeting has been scheduled for February 4,'2014 t 6:30 p.m. <br /> Mr. Johnson made a notion to adjourn.
