Mr. Johnson also noted that most successful <br /> Affordable Dousing Trusts had a representative from the Selectmen rather than the five Selectmen <br /> sitting on Mashpee's Trust. <br /> Accessory Apartments <br /> Chairman Abbott reported that he spoke with Mr. Fudala and'Pat white in the Building Department <br /> regarding accessory apartments. It was anticipated that.one of the inspectors from the Building <br /> Department would attend tonight's meeting to discuss the issue further. The Chair stated that there <br /> were bylaws in place for accessory apartments, but not with an affordable tag. There were presently <br /> 93 accessory apartments in Town, but they had not been re�perrnitted. The Chair suggested that <br /> amendments could be made to the bylaw to aflow for affordable accessory apartments, based on his <br /> review of other towns" bylaws. The issue will be added to the next agenda when Ms. Egloff was <br /> present and the attendance of a Building'Department speaker confirmed. <br /> Map Updates <br /> The Chair indicated that the neap of affordable units had been updated by removing Hombeam ars <br /> adding Russell Road. <br /> NEW BUSMSS <br /> Enterprise Green <br /> Chairman Abbott reported that he had been in contact with Enterprise green, a LEEDS type <br /> organization, but noted that here was no office located in New England. The Chair pointed out that <br /> most projects were large. pamphlet had been sent o the Chair and includ a design tool kit and <br /> other documentation and was available for all members to view. Mr. Isbitz indicated that Enterprise <br /> p <br /> Green was developed in answer to challenges and high costs experienced by affordable housing to <br /> acquire LEEDS certification. <br /> Other Business Not Anticipated <br /> Where was no additional business discussed: <br /> MEETING ADJOURNMENT <br /> The next meeting has been scheduled for May 6, 2014 at 630 p-m. <br /> Mr. Johnson made a motion to adjourn.
