Sheldon Holzer seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved. <br /> • Gregg Fraser made a motion that the executive session minutes of 12/11/13 be approved as <br /> presented but not released to Town Cleric until redacted. Sheldon Holzer seconded the <br /> motion. The motion was unanimously approved. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Dept. of Revenue (DOR) r'e: state Owned <br /> Land <br /> Board members reviewed the II OU with the DOR. Jason streeb l stated that the DOR doubled their <br /> initial assessed amount to Mashpee, saving I lashpee $15,000 in appraisal fees and more than that in <br /> F <br /> attorney's fees. The settlement amount will amount t $970,000 over the next 5 years for I lashpe . <br /> • <br /> Various Personal Exemptions <br /> Gregg Fraser made a motion to approve as recommended the list of various personal tax exemptions <br /> listed on Report number E-01 29201 , beginning with the naive Abbott, Walter& Joyce, and ending <br /> with the name Zadie, Paul J. Sheldon Holzer seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously <br /> approved. A list of the Exemption Totals by Category is attached to these minutes. <br /> Fiscal Year 201 Re-Certification Update <br /> Jason streebei reported that he is now working on the revaluation/recertification for the year 2015. <br /> Jason stated that he has already met with Ilashpee's DOR representative, Grace Sandell, to initiate <br /> the timeline and gather some paperwork needed by the DOR. IIs. Sandell gave Jason a request for <br /> approximately 250 field cards that she is going t field reviewin the next two months. n September <br /> % A and s' lllls.
