Chairman, Jonathan D. Furbush, Board Member Scott Goldstein, and <br /> Associate Members, Brad Pittsley and Sharon Sangeleer were present. Building <br /> Commissioner, Michael Mendoza was also present. Board Members, Ron Bonvie and <br /> Norman J. Gould were absent. <br /> PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> Chairman Furbush opened the meeting at 6:00 pm and announced that there were only four <br /> Board Members present. Any applicant has a right to continue their petition based on the <br /> fact there were only four members present. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> There were no comments from the attendees or the Board. <br /> CONTINUED HEARINGS <br /> 419 Monomoscoy Road: Owner, Walter S.M. Wightman, Trustee of the Walter S.M. <br /> Wightman Trust requests a Written Finding under §174-17 of the Zoning Bylaw to raze <br /> and replace a single-family residence on property located in an R-3 Zoning District, Map <br /> 124 Parcel 58, Mashpee, MA. <br /> 419 MonomoscoyRoad: Owner, Walter S.M. Wightman, Trustee of the Walter S.M. <br /> Wightman Trust requests a Variance under §174-31 for relief from the right and left side <br /> yard setbacks to allow for the raze and replace of a single-family residence on property <br /> located in an R-3 Zoning District, Map 124 Parcel 58,Mashpee, MA. <br /> Attorney Geoff Nickerson was present and he had emailed a formal letter for his client to <br /> withdraw the applications. <br /> There were abutters present for this hearing but they had no comments. <br /> Ms. Sangeleer read the letter of withdrawal into the record. Scott made a motion to allow <br /> the Board to withdraw the applications for 41.9 Monomoscoy Road. Brad seconded. All <br /> were in favor to allow the applicant to withdraw the applications at 419 Monomoscoy <br /> Road. <br /> 1 <br />
