This is a multi-yeas project_a.s the exact number of rooms for carpet <br /> replacement will not,be..realized until a budget is approved and estimates are <br /> received. It is projected the budget iu year-ane will allow for carpeting in eight <br /> classrooms. The flooring at the Middleigh School is original to the building <br /> constructed in 1996. <br /> The project is estimated through the year 2020 for a projected cost of$300,000. <br /> Town Hall—Install-Nevi Stic S stern—FYI 8J3o oo: <br /> It was noted the Chair of the Board of Selectmen requested information with <br /> respect to the installation of a new septic system at Town Mall. Last year;the <br /> project was m the CIP projection for completion in FYI5. It has also been an <br /> ongoing capital item to undertake. <br /> Ms. Laurent indicated the Town Hall septic system was deferred to fiscal year <br /> 2018 to include the project with the proposed Town Hall expansion plan. <br /> SEWER: <br /> FeasibilLty.SWL- $180,000: <br /> Tori F'udala,the Town Planner discussed the proposal of the Sewer Commission <br /> to conduct a Feasibility Study in fiscal year-2015. The study would begin the First <br /> phase of the Wastewater Management Plan to acquire and expand existing <br /> wastewater treatment facilities. This study would detennine the potential <br /> capabilities, costs, expanded service areas and hydro-geological testing for <br /> Willowbend,-and Nev S abury Country Club proposed as collection and disposal <br /> areas for wastewater. <br /> Discussion followed with regards to the Inter-Municipal Agreement between the <br /> Town and Water District authorizing the establishment of the Mashpee Nater and <br /> Sewer District. It was agreed the appropriation of funds for the Feasibility Study <br /> may be premature at this time. <br />
