6 <br /> Community Preservation Committee <br /> Minutes <br /> December 11,2014 <br /> Transfer of Bathhouse/Picnic Pavilion from John's Pond Beach to Herita a Park: <br /> (continued) <br /> The DPW has proposed to locate the bathhouse/picnic pavilion behind the lighted <br /> field referenced as field 3. At this site location the facility would be accessible to <br /> the to baseball fields and two multi-purpose fields. <br /> The is no cost associated to the initial transfer of the bathhouse/picnic pavilion. <br /> It was noted that all funds associated to the John's Pond Improvement project <br /> have been expended to date. <br /> To assist the CPC Cottee with the deliberation of this endeavor,the matter <br /> was reviewed with the Community Preservation Coalition M' Boston.
