Mr. Gurnee asks about the access for the beach nourishment <br /> and Mr. Mackin states that they are working on that issue-for which they have three options; 1 third <br /> party location site; 2 preliminary discussions of an escrow account with the town for the town to use at <br /> other beach nourishment sites; and 3) a conveyor belt over the gall.
