Jim B utilier, President of Pirate's Cove Association, explains some of the <br /> background of the two beaches owned by the association. Mr. Butilier proposes to construct two <br /> kayak/boat racks at the Captain's Row Bair Shore Beach area and one at the Orsinny Beach area. Mr. Ferrari states that a grater <br /> feature was added to the pool and they will be using travertine pavers. 11r. Ferrari would also like t <br /> replace the existing footings of the deck to larger footings to support the weight of the deck. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the administrative approval t <br /> revise the location of the pool and replacement of the deck footings. <br /> i <br /> 7) 76 Triton Warr— Ken Mackin, owner of 76 Triton Way, explains that they purchased the property last <br /> year and he gives a little history regarding the revetment wall. Mr. Mackin states that the repair of the <br /> revetment gall included 857 cubic}yards of sand fill. He is asking for a credit of 857 cubic yards of <br /> nourishment to be applied to the back-owed beach nourishment requirements that have ace rued since <br /> 2008 and amounts to 2,472 cubic yards. Mr. Gurnee asks about the access for the beach nourishment <br /> and Mr. Mackin states that they are working on that issue-for which they have three options; 1 third <br /> party location site; 2 preliminary discussions of an escrow account with the town for the town to use at <br /> other beach nourishment sites; and 3) a conveyor belt over the gall. Agent McManus states that as in <br /> most Order of Conditions, it might be beneficial to coordinate beach nourishment activities with 108 <br /> Shore give West o r other coastal/feeder beaches to maintain that profile. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve credit of 857 cubic cards <br /> Agent McManus would like to remind the Board of the Cape Cod Light Energy Conservation presentation <br /> on Tuesday March 5 t". <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to adjourn the meeting at 6:55 prn.
