He said the house <br /> was for sale and the cesspool 1n the back corner of the lot failed inspection. This is a <br /> straightforward upgrade and has decent access to Ninigret from the driveway. <br /> They will be working in the plateau area. A test hole was done in the backyard and there <br /> was some unsuitable soil which will be excavated out and Title v sand will be brought in. <br /> They arc 12 Feet above high ground water and Board of Health has approved. <br /> No Comments from the public. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried for a Negative Determination <br /> 6:03 Theodore C. Ell and Maureen E. Creedon, 14 Para Lane. removal of 3 trees. <br /> RDA <br /> No one present.
